Any possible ways to not itch in the morning?

Recently, I have been noticing that spots on my body with eczema itch a lot in the morning, especially my face, and I just can’t help but scratch it. I searched online and heard it’s about some sort of cycle and cortisol level and body temperature stuff. I mean, it does make sense in my context. When I nap during the day, it doesn’t happen. But when I wake up in the morning after a night’s sleep, it itches like crazy. So I’m just thinking if there’s a way to not itch in the morning. I’ve got ways to restraint myself at night from scratching myself during sleep, so I make progress on recovery everyday, but the next morning just resets it to zero. Please, I need this. My skin is kinda not recovering at this point.
