Ugh started a new job and I’ve had anxiety and a panic attack.

So I started a new job and it’s great but it’s a lot more emotional work and responsibilities. I’m able to do the job it’s just put my nervous system into high gear. I’m currently working my way through a panic attack. Mine last a while and the hangover from them last’s hours (lightheadedness, brain fog). I just need to express my frustration and center my also fun health anxiety that comes with this. Anyone else have this happen when starting a new job/school etc?
