What is this? 22M 185cm 190lbs

22M Zero scabbing, just red no irritation whatsoever. There’s some residue on it because I’ve been applying some creams to try and get rid of it. Has been at least a week and a half. I haven’t kissed anyone or done anything that could have contracted herpes, but that seems like what it may look like?
