Scared to start - side effects

Hi! I was prescribed wegovy. Now that I have the medication, I’m getting scared to start it… a few questions: Have you all noticed declining vision? Severe hair loss? Gastroparesis? I know there’s risk with any medication. I have pcos and plan to take a low dose. I stocked up on vitamins to combat hair loss and have a plan for protein goals. I went from very excited for this new journey to very nervous lol.
