F19 - Had a CT scan done for my kidneys which came normal, but my right ovary is enlarged - what do I do?

Hi, a couple of weeks ago I had a ct scan done on my kidneys as I have been suffering on and off fever, flank pain, and uti symptoms over Christmas. They have since calmed down but my results came back and it said my kidneys looked normal but my right ovary was bigger than expected. It said in a report that it was enlarged with a low density mass in it. I searched it up and it said it could be a cyst or due to mention or ovulation (at the time of the scan I was on my period). I’m just worried it’s cancer or some sort of infection. I’m also really scared that it might’ve some sort of infection and I’ll need surgery and antibiotics which I’m scared of as I had c diff a month or so ago now. I’ve also heard that people with ovarian cysts have experienced them rupturing and getting sepsis. I also read about torsion where the cyst weighs down the ovary and causes it to twist and cut off blood supply. That also requires surgery. I’m really scared I’m only 19. What should I do? I was told the hospital would be in contact with the me to book an ultrasound. It said on the report to do an urgent ultrasound referral and the doctor said that he is not sure whether it is anything to worry about or not. I’m scared this means that it looks bad or is life threatening. I spoke to my mum and she said that her right ovary is enlarged and so is my Nana’s and aunty’s. What do I do in the meantime? Any advice is appreciated.
