Clear urine, needing to urinate constantly

Female 28, weight 90kg, height 5 ft 8. Last couple of days I’ve found myself having quite bad back abdomen and back pain but found it got better after dedicating and assumed maybe it was constipation but now I’m getting other odd symptoms. I’m finding I’m needing to urinate constantly, every 10 minutes or so, I’m passing large amounts of urine and it’s completely clear like water, I’ve only drank two pints today and it’s currently 7:30pm, no burning when I urinate although I have noticed the skin around my labia and anus is burning rather than the urethra itself. Also having pain in my ribs. I was only recently checked and had a CT scan and everything came back as normal, only mild calcification on my kidney. Ive suffered from frequent UTIs throughout my life, which is usually met with dark coloured foul smelling urine and back pain, but never really had the other usual symptoms. The clear urine and the constant need to urinate every 10/15 is concerning me. I’m passing a lot of fluid as-well.
