35m - mild hallucinations after a psych appointment

Post Content

The 5th of December, I called emergency services due to side effects of an at home detox of alcohol. A total of 20mg of valium was administered intravenously. I've been using alcohol as a way to cope with childhood abuse. I've told my story numerous times to healthcare workers, without any real issues afterwards. Although, I've always tried to leave out details Consequentially, due to my recent trip to the emergency room, I've been having regular appointments with a psychiatrist. During the last visit I explained the circumstances of my childhood abuse, since then I've been experiencing things that I can only describe as "mild hallucinations". I don't really know how to explain this, but I've been feeling as if I'm not residing in my own body? I have access to free healthcare, I'm posting the next visit because I want some sort of advice to mention to my psychiatrist on the next appointment. I've probably forgotten to add some important information, feel free to ask.
