I just ADHD'd my way out of a migraine and I'm dumbfounded

Post Content

I'm currently unmedicated because I'm waiting on insurance to approve my next effort at a preventative, so migraine life has been less than great lately. I also have ADHD and regularly play music so loud that it will drown out the ADHD thoughts in my brain and actually allow me to focus (I don't have noise triggers or anything for migraines thank goodness). I've been struggling at work this week because of migraines, and for some dumb reason my worn out brain without even thinking was like hey. music. that makes the brain work. 10 minutes of blasting the Dropkick Murphys and... somehow my migraine is getting better now? Still have a bit in my neck but my head pain is gone? I don't even know. I don't think brains are even real at this point. This is all just made up.
