Anxiety symptoms

Hi, I am looking for some insight, last few weeks I have been having trouble concentrating like I have to try really hard to focus in task, I am also having some memory issues as well where it feels like my past day feels more like a dream than a memory and at one point I felt like I was seeing myself from far away kinda as in when you are getting drunk or high (this has gotten better), I have some shaky like feeling, I feel desperate sometimes, I have found myself clenching my jaw a lot and some muscle twitching now and then. I am gonna see a doctor soon but does this sound like classic anxiety symptoms?
