Stomach & muscle pain….

Been taking Ozempic for a couple years now. I often get slight muscle pains near the injection site which is quite normal, but this week, I’m experiencing pain on the opposite side of my injection site as well— lower left abdomen. It’s almost like a pinching muscle feeling. Sometimes it hurts when I touch, sometimes it doesn’t. Doesn’t hurt much when stretching either but if I turn one way, it slightly hurts. Could also be IBS too. Just feels like some sort of knot. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
