I'm interested in what foods everyone likes best? Maybe I might get some more ideas. Some of my top ones: Easily digestible: smoothies, soups, ground oats with rice milk and fruit Easy to eat lying down & no cutlery needed: maki sushi roll, Vietnamese summer rolls, potato wedges. Special diet: I went low fodmap and this has helped a lot I can't manage to prepare food myself anymore, but when I could I had a chocolate cake recipe that was really easy. Kidney beans instead of flour so gf. Just blend everything and then bake. I also used to make a big Spanish omelette every few days and then have leftover slices. I realise diet varies a lot depending on severity level, gastro symptoms, having someone to help you, so everyone's reasons for prefering certain foods are different. Happy to hear about other reasons too apart from what I listed.
