Hairs coming off whilst removing scabs ? Normal ?

It’s been 15 days, so I’ve started gently removing the scabs. However, when they come off, they seem to have hairs and follicles attached, which is making me concerned that I might be pulling the hairs out. I’ve been softening the scabs for several hours beforehand, so I’m not just pulling them off dry. Even so, most of them appear to be attached to hairs with what look like bulbs at the end. Is this normal at this stage, or could I be pulling the grafts out ?
