What has been your experience with Ivermectin 1%?

I've been struggling with my skin for basically my entire life, and it's been particularly frustrating for the past year or so because of what I assumed to be non inflamed and hormonal acne. I finally saw a dermatologist a couple weeks ago and got prescriptions for Emrosi and Ivermectin 1%, generic of soolantra. When I tell you my skin cleared up INSTANTLY. I'm amazed. I went into the appointment all broken out, I swear like three days later it was all gone. My skin feels soft and clean for the first time I think ever, I can't get over it. What now though? I've read about the purging/die off period but when would that happen? Is there a chance my skin could stay this nice forever? I've had zero irritation from the ivermectin using it every night.
