Bonnets

Post Content

Has anyone else discovered migraine relief from bonnets yet? I couldnt find my bonnet for about a month, but it turned up at just the right time. I felt a migraine coming on. Got ready to hit the bed, being upright was making it worse. Remembered I found my bonnet and threw it on. Immediate relief, omg. Eye pain, gone. Neck pain, gone. Nausea, gone. Head pain, dull. I could actually have my eyes open without feeling like I was having a lobotomy. I just wanted to throw that out there in case anyone wants to give it a try. Ive been getting pretty rough migraines and headaches this past week, we're dealing with a loss in the family so we're all stressed and crying. Anytime I feel something coming on I grab my bonnet. Its actually keeping me functional. Specifically the wrap tie bonnets. I wrap it snug and tie it down a little firm but not tight. I know its the pressure that helps, but I wish I thought of it sooner.
