Penis hangs to side, no morning wood

My symptoms started about 40 days ago. I was an avid prone masturbator, and 40 days ago I bent it a bit to the side, felt some pain, then my erections were no longer normal. Now I barely get morning wood, I’ve had two wet dreams, but what came out wasn’t thick and white, more watery. I can get erections if I look at like bikini pics for a bit, but they are kinda curved, and it prefers to go left rather than right straight which isn’t normal for me. I went to a urologist and he only prescribed sildenafil even though I’m not sexually active. I tried masturbating the normal way to see if I still had a chance, but it came out more like peeing rather than like a pulsating. Am I screwed? I’ve started no fap but will that even help me at this point?
