I’ve been taking about 60mg of propranolol 4-5 days a week to deal with physical symptoms of anxiety. It’s working pretty good for the most part I usually take 40mg in the morning and another 20mg halfway through my work shift. While it helps for the most part I still deal with some blushing and redness in the face but it’s significantly less than before. Should I increase my dosage? I was thinking maybe 60mg in the morning and another 20mg halfway through the work day. Or even 60mg and then 40mg. I also recently started taking l theanine 200mg and NAC 500mg in the morning. Magnesium L threonate 2000mg and taurine 1000mg before bed. Any thoughts concerns or feedback would be appreciated
