Having extreme anxiety over vacuuming mouse droppings

I live in New Mexico where hantavirus and deer mice are more common than other places. today when cleaning out a closet I was vacuuming and realized after it was too late that there were mouse dripping in the closet. the vacuum kicked up a lot of dust and I have a sore throat now from inhaling it. I am so afraid of hantavirus. I also have a baby in the house. what should I do?
