Can I stay on TRT and low-dose retatrutide long term?
Post Content
ive been on TRT for a long time, but it significantly increased my cholesterol Because of that idecided to start using low-dose retatrutide to lose some weight and drop my cholesterol, I’ve lost around 14 kg, and my cholesterol has improved dramatically (as you can see in the photos). What’s interesting is that my diet hasn’t changed at all since starting retatrutid, I still eat the same thing every day, about 200g extra lean beef mince and 100g pasta, 3–4 times per day my question is: is it safe to run TRT together with low-dose retatrutide long term? Considering that my cholesterol improved a lot after losing weight, is there any added cardiovascular risk from combining the two, or does the improvement in lipids reduce that concern? Would appreciate insight from anyone with experience or medical knowledge on this.
