New Job

Post Content

I spent all of my teenage years actively trying to lose weight to the point that it was unhealthy. Now as an adult I’ve switched my focus to eating nutrient dense food foods and accepting my body for what it is. The only times that I have lost weight as an adult were when I had two jobs and when I started my current job. When I had two jobs I was working 45 hours at one job and 16 at the other and lost 30 lbs in 4 months. With my current job I work 60 hours a week and have lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I don’t exercise and I got lax with eating nutrient dense foods but I’m stressed out all the time, walk around a lot, and don’t have time to eat just because I was bored. It’s interesting how it didn’t work when I was trying, but it does work when I’m not.
