Taking probiotics alongside Trimethoprim

Hi, 27f 4ft10, 81kg (working on it!), autism, adhd, gallstones, cerebral palsy, chronic wide spread pain. Non smoker. Currently on lansoperazole, Sertraline 100mg and since this am, on trimethoprim for a uti. trimethoprim is triggered “gastritis” in 2023, although everything came back normal on gastroscopy in 2024. I was just wondering if you could advise the best way to take probiotics while on a course of antibiotics for a uti? Even drinking water is making me gag and retch so I’m taking with milk. The last time I was on this antibiotic I developed stomach issues and was vomiting every day for 4 months and I still struggle with digestion .
