Might have double-dosed my psych meds...what to watch for?

29F 5'9" 235lbs **Relevant diagnoses:** - Bipolar II with Hx of 1 psychotic episode - Seizure disorder NOS, probably focal (per neuro) - ADHD **Relevant medications:** - Lamictal 200mg 1×day - Vilazodone 20mg 2×day Basically what the title says--and sorry, it's probably a super dumb question. Forgetting my meds usually makes me feel sleepy and like everything is kind of fuzzy at the edges--like I'm viewing the world through a thick lens (in a psychological, not optical, way). I usually take my meds around 9-10 a.m., and if I forget will start noticing symptoms around 4-5 hours later. This morning was kind of a whirlwind and I started feeling that sleepiness/fuzziness around 1:30 p.m. I usually use my pillbox as a way to check if I've missed a dose, but of course I had \*just\* refilled my pillbox that morning. So I wasn't sure whether I was just normal-sleepy or forgot-meds-sleepy. The problem is, if I don't take my Lamictal, then I will 100% have a seizure that day, which is why I took the (possibly second) dose. I've only recently made the missed-Lamictal-dose to seizure connection. Before, I would just take my prescribed Ativan, but that only half-helps to stop the seizures, and I would usually have to try to sleep it off. This process is painful and scary, and I guess I wanted to eliminate the possibility of a seizure and didn't think it all the way through. I know changing Lamictal dosage can cause SJS, which is why I'm nervous. I've been stable on 200mg for \~7 years and never had a problem. If I did double-dose, then I also did so with the vilazodone, though I'm less worried about that. I'm feeling much better now, but still somewhat drowsy. I think I'll probably be fine (I hope?) but I'd just like to know if there are any potential symptoms I should look out for, and what I should do next. My next dose isn't until tomorrow morning, and I'm assuming I shouldn't skip that. I would really appreciate any advice--my Dr.'s office is closed until Monday and she doesn't have a backup I can call. TIA!
