What type of transplant would I benefit from?

My hair has been like this for at least 10 years. it doesn't seem like it's gotten any worse, but I want more density in the crown area. Would a transplant be the best option for me? If so, what type? I'm completely new to the hair restoration community and trying to determine my best options. Scalp micropigmentation results leave a lot to be desired, and I'd rather invest in something permanent. Any suggestions?
