1 year of fem HRT and nothing has happened!

I recently hit my first HRT anniversary and it made me incredibly dysphoric because I literally haven't changed. I have developed nothing, my breasts haven't started developing, my face hasn't changed. I am not experiencing any of the expected changes I should be seeing! When I compare myself to other 1 year HRT its like I get none of those changes! Is it possible that e does nothing? I'm not even asking to pass I just want to see something happening!
