IHH Progress: 3 months on hCG (Epifassi) + rFSH (Gonapure). Starting with zero sperm/small volume—anyone have success stories?

Hey everyone, I (early 20s) was diagnosed with Isolated Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism (IHH). I’m writing this to share my stats and hopefully hear from others who started where I am and successfully had children. My Baseline (The "Before"): \\\* Hormones: Extremely low FSH (0.15), LH (<0.1), and Total Testosterone (0.16–0.20 { ng/ml}). \\\* Sperm Count: Azoospermia (0 sperm). \\\* Testicular Volume: Started very small, around 1.5 { cm}\\\^3. \\\* Labs: High AMH (>23), which my doctor says means my "factory" is just immature/dormant, not broken. \\\* Imaging: Normal Pituitary MRI (no tumors) and normal EEG. \\\* Medical History: Had a brief history of epilepsy in 2019 (seizures triggered by stress), but I'm off Trileptal now and have been cleared by my neurologist. The Treatment Plan: My urologist put me on: \\\* Epifassi 5000 IU (hCG) \\\* Gonapure 150 (rFSH) 3-Month Progress Update: I’ve been on this protocol for 3 months now and the "second puberty" is hitting hard: \\\* Physical: I have way more energy and I’ve started lifting weights. I’m seeing muscle growth. \\\* Libido: My drive is through the roof—almost hard to manage sometimes. \\\* Growth: My most recent ultrasound (Nov 2024) showed my testicles have grown from 1.5 { cm}\\\^3 to about 6.5 { cm}\\\^3. \\\* Sperm Count: My last analysis (at the start of treatment) was still zero, which I know is normal because it takes \\\~90 days to make sperm. My Questions: \\\* For those who started with very small testicular volume (under 2 { cm}\\\^3) and zero sperm, how long did it take for you to see numbers on a semen analysis? \\\* Has anyone with this "pre-pubertal" baseline gone on to have children naturally, or did you have to use IVF/ICSI? \\\* Did the "needy" high-libido feeling eventually level out once your body got used to the testosterone? It’s been a long journey from being diagnosed in 2019 to finally getting the right treatment in 2024, so any encouragement or similar stories would mean a lot. TL;DR: Diagnosed with IHH, started with 0 sperm and 1.5 { cm}\\\^3 volume. 3 months into hCG/FSH, volume is up to 6.5 { cm}\\\^3. Looking for fertility success stories.
