Growth on Scalp

48 m Medications: Albuterol, vyvanse, vitamin d and multivitamin History: ADHD, exercise induced asthma, alcohol abuse (6 years sober), prior melanoma removed from back Felt a small lump on my scalp in early January and it has grown fairly quickly, roughly 1/2 cm currently. As mentioned above, I had a melanoma removed previously so some concern related to any skin growths. I have an annual dermatologist screening coming up in May, but wanted to check if this is something I should have looked at sooner. From the pic, what does it appear to be and should I bump up my dermatologist appointment? Thanks!
