[miscellaneous] I had a procedure done and they pulled the tape too hard and my skin teared

I had a sleep study done and when they pulled the tape, it tested my skin. I currently put biafine on it and avene cicalfate. What else do I do? I really don’t want this to scar. I’m so upset.
