I have questions when I start transitioning!!

I have finally decided to start transitioning after years of putting off. I start realizing I was trans around 2020 when I had a lot of time to myself to thinking about things. I get jealous of women wearing the clothes I always wanted to wear. I have made my appiontment for hormones I super excited 😭😭 yet so nervous. Everyone I walk in public I imagine how people perceive me. I don’t car what people think about me anymore I just want be myself what I’ve been. I kept pushing back and back but it always sat in the back of my mind. I’m transitioning to MTF. My questions what will be the first changes within the first year. Will I get shorter I’m currently 6ft tall. The actually thought of shrinking sounds comforting idk why? How did your parents react when you came out to them? Did your eyes change to seen a-lot of that going around with hormones?
