Patch Placement and Tattoos

I recently changed to a .1mg estradiol patch, which was surprisingly HUGE. I have a pretty large tattoo that covers the majority of my right lower abdomen. When the patches were smaller, it wasn't an issue, but now there is literally no room for such a large patch on that side, and I can't use my backside for other reasons. What would you do? Is there a different place besides the lower abdomen and buttocks that is an acceptable place for the patch?
