I'm tired of living in constant fear please help Docs. Specially if any cardiologist.

27M Obese , gall bladder removed in 2023 Whatevers happening i want it to stop growing. What happens? Random weird feeling in chest , feels like my heart flutters or shakes up and down and i feel weirdly dizzy, which forces me to check my wrist for pulse and tbh sometimes i don't feel it there .. this triggers a response in my body 1. Heart starts racing. 2. Palms feet sweaty 3. Feels like I'm gonna faint or die. 4. NEED HELP thoughts It's been 6 months and I've been to ER multiple times still i feel something is wrong with my heart. Checkups: 1. Multiple ECGs done. 2. ETT done. 3. Blood work done everything's normal just pre diabetic. Result? "you are fine" , still i get anxiety attacks or panic attacks idk but I'm tired i can't even go out my daily life's affected
