Nemluvio results?

I began this biological a month ago, and experienced immediate relief from itching… wonderful! That said, I have a massive rash on my chest and arms that looks so bad that I must wear a turtleneck when I go out, regardless of the temperature. I know it has only been four weeks, but wondering if others on this drug have experienced rash improvement, and if so, how long did it take for the improvement to occur? Btw, this is my fourth biologic in perhaps five or six years. I began with Dupixent, then Adbry, then Ebglyss. They all showed improvement initially, then became much less effective over time. Dr has suggested Cibinqo but I don’t want to take an immunosuppressive and the described side effects scared me. Thanks for sharing your experience!
