NSV - BP and Cuff

At my doctor’s appointment, my blood pressure was 115/80. I’m still on BP meds but I’m still going to celebrate… But here’s the best part — they used a normal sized blood pressure cuff. They usually have to go search for the extra large cuff. While it got super tight and sounded like it was going to pop off, it didn’t and it completed the reading. I’m very self conscious about my upper body and arms. Change has been slow or seems to be nonexistent so it’s nice to get a positive sign. 🙏
