Random lanolin allergy!?

Been dealing with a weird eczema/redness/tingling/burning issue around my lips for months. Tried different detergents/switched face washes etc. Finally afte refusing to believe it was Aquahor, I switched to Vanicream face wash and pure petroleum jelly for ky lips. Haven’t had a flare in about a month, so bravely (and stupidly) decided to re introduce Aquaphor this morning because it couldn’t possibly be a random allergy to lanolin… Bam. Reaction. Has this happened to anyone else?! It’s been my holy grail for YEARS, only thing I put on my lips. This is truly a sad moment.
