Do I have it? Constant skin redness, dryness and tiny clogged pores

I’m wondering if anyone can help me. The waitlist to see a dermatologist is sooo long where I live. I’ve been battling terrible skin for the past 4 years. My skin is always so red and dry. My nose constantly gets these tiny tiny pimples/clogged pores. What can I do to minimize the redness and clogged pores? I’ve tried so many products. Azelaic acid, non clogging gel moisturizer, salicylic acid, etc, nothing helps.
