One month in, Jan 12 - Feb 12

I started this journey on Jan 12 2026. Today is one Month and I am down 19 lbs! last week was a bit of a struggle (no changes in lifestyle, just had a rough week with no real loss). I have been consistently tracking my food, eating in a calorie deficit, drinking plenty of water, and walking 10-17K steps daily, and doing upper body weight lifting. That in itself is a huge change, and not easy to hit, as I work a desk job. Last week was a bit tough, scale wise, but the zozo body scan app did show some recomposition and small inches (partial inches) loss throughout the week, so I was okay with that. I feel like last week was my body saying, okay- extra water weight and bloating is gone, but she's still doing all the things- let's recalibrate and figure out what's going on now. This week I'm back to a downward trend again and keeping my motivation to keep going!!!!! HW 309 SW 304 CW 285 GW ???
