Every three days once I move the dinner early, and make it very light. This indeed sheds around 300 gms on scale. And since I don't do it daily, it is actually very effective on cumulative terms, like in a month, it would be around 1 to 1.5 kgs. And green tea curbs craving. I don't know why. The bitter taste. The tongue feeling something being tasted. The sensation of being consumed without actually consuming calories. I don't drink it everyday. But on days when I feel I need to cut down cravings, I simply fill my flask with hot tea. Obviously, this is extremely slow, and not for everyone. But, if you are on some mental strike, or if you want to take it really slow, I hope this sparks some ideas in you.
