Feeling frustrated now. Weight Loss and regain, a Continuous cycle

Post Content

Hi everyone, I wanted to share some experience to see if anyone has experienced similar. I am 35, male, diagnosed with hyperlipidemia and hypercholesterolemia last January. It was January 2025, and I got the Lab test reports with higher cholesterol and lipid levels above 360 mg/dL. So, I started to lose weight through dieting and statins. When I left statin, the cholesterol and lipid levels increased. Every two months, I get different results. After multiple test reports, now I am taking continuous statin 10 mg for the last 3 months. The weight gain and loss seem to be dependent on the statin. Has anyone here dealt with weight change with statins or other medications? I will appreciate any thoughts or suggestions about it.
