What are the symptoms of perimenopause

Hello, I have been struggling with infertility, and am wondering if it could be perimenopause. I would appreciate if someone can share the symptoms. I was told I have a low ovarian reserve and at any point may run out. I also always have dark brown spotting a few days before I get an actual period flow. I have clots and watery period. I do not have PCOS. I have had ultrasounds. I am unsure if I have endometriosis because the doctor says it is not worth doing surgery for o figure it out.
