I’ve taken my fifth shot last weekend, so I am still in the beginning of the journey. I’ve been really watching all I eat, all the macros (Lose It! is an amazing free app for that) and also consulting my personal dietitician - chatGPT. I’ve discovered that a lot of seafood is actually is a very high source of protein and often very lean. Things like mussels, shrimp, scallops, clams. And the bonus is this seafood is usually inexpensive in asian stores. This might not be a discovery to many, but I didn’t know. If you like boiled seafood - this is an amazing source of protein. I don’t particularly like chicken breast, so this was a great option.
