Bumped my head. Will it be okay?

17f 130lbs about 5'8ish Long story short, I hit my head on the edge of a staircase railing because I was being chased. I fell pretty hard, and at that time, i felt dizzy and a bit sick but didn't throw up. I think i had a rush of adrenaline and so it didn't hurt, I only realized I hit my head badly a bit after. I've also got bruises on my arm too and I was literally crying because It hurts to sleep. I'm wondering if it'll be okay. I feel a bit tired, but that could just be anything unrelated. I did however notice I'm a bit confused, like it will take me a min or two to register something. I've told my parents, and they just don't gaf, said it'll be fine. I've got school tomorrow, and I would rather not be humiliated. Shall I just throw on some ice? apologises if it's written a messily it's a bit hard to focus.
