Dreadful hair fall after 9 months

My stack for the past 9 months: • Oral Minoxidil 2.5 mg daily – taken in the morning on an empty stomach • Topical solution (once daily) – Minoxidil 5% + Finasteride 0.1%, applied to the scalp one hour before bedtime • Microneedling – once per week I’m unsure whether my current hair fall is temporary shedding from the regrowth cycle or simply progression of androgenetic alopecia. If the shedding continues for another three months, I’m considering adding oral Finasteride 0.25 mg to my regimen. Hopefully 0.25mg of Fin blocks enough DHT and doesn’t cause any side effects.
