Best program to go with if I’ve already been on 7.5mg for a few months?

I am currently using Emerge and paying almost $400 a month for 7.5mg. I am ready to change because it’s getting too expensive. If I’ve already been on tirzepatide for roughly 4 months and don’t want to increase my dose just yet, what provider is the most economical? I don’t really want to buy several months worth upfront if I don’t have to, rather do month to month, but will if it’s a great deal. Most of the deals I see on this page are for starter packs, which I don’t qualify for. Thank you!
