Muscle aches/weakness, severe fatigue, Focal cortical dysplasia

I have been having extreme fatigue and i get easily exhausted after small amounts of exercise. Experiencing some muscle weakness in hands and legs. I have been struggling with fatigue for over a year but is getting worse. leg aches and aching behind knees especially after i am sitting down. Bad brain fog and My memory is getting very bad and i am forgetting very simple things even sometimes forgetting what I’ve said or what other people have said. Sometimes Not remembering order of events clearly, memories feeling choppy and having sudden mind blanks where i suddenly forget what i was thinking or about to say. Bad dissociation, zoning out, paranoia, low appetite. Ive been getting some headaches and head pressure. Constipation, and shortness of breath that comes and goes, a jaw tremor ive had for about a year that mostly happens when open mouth or unclench my jaw. It started around the time when i was given a high dose of sertraline and hasnt gone away. Ive been getting this weird pus like mucus in my nose coating the inside of nostrils that keeps forming and have some pains in nostrils. On and off Hot flashes for about six months, also at night. 21F, smoker but recently stopped for few days Do drink regularly but not daily Fluoxetine 20mg PCOS, focal cortical dysplasia in right frontal lobe (Unsure what it is from)
