Online Evals Legit?

I had an online evaluation with a Dr about 6 months ago and got a “definite” diagnosis of adhd. I’m on adderall and tbh it feels amazing for me and everyone around me can tell a difference lol for whatever reason I’m still skeptical about truly having this but the pills legit make me calmer and more emotionally regulated. Like I said, it’s not just me thinking this in my head, people still comment and notice when I don’t lose my mind over things that would ordinarily set me off. Midday naps are over also, I used to sleep a minimum 2 hours in the afternoon after getting up at 11am, drinking coffee for 2 hrs, then 2 hr nap, bunch more coffee and energy drinks to get through about 4 hours of work and absolutely crash and pass out til the next day, rinse and repeat. It was exhausting, I went to several drs about it, nobody gave it much thought. All that is over now. Typing this out makes me think fuck, I probably have this lol but even I don’t I don’t really care, the adderall makes me feel better. Fuck it.
