[Routine Help] simple routine recommendations for dehydrated, dry skin
Post Content
hello! I realise this post will probably read like a million others in here but thought it'd be worth posting anyway. I stripped my skincare routine back about 6 months ago AM: Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cream, Skin of Joseon SPF PM: oil cleanser, Aveeno oat cleanser, Kiehl's In the evening I sometimes use Anua Azelaic acid but have stopped that recently to work out what's irritating my skin. I've also historically used Paula's Choice BHA and a hyaluronic acid, and for a while used a tretinoin but it destroyed my skin :( My face is definitely dehydrated + skin barrier nowhere to be seen lol. I have seemingly endless clogged pores, especially at the hairline on my forehead and on my cheeks. I cannot get a grip on it 😭 If anyone has recommendations for more hydrating, lighter moisturisers, better cleansers, treatments, etc I would appreciate <3 TLDR: My skin is dry usually, pretty sensitive, currently dehydrated, and clearly clog/acne-prone. Looking for basic product recs.
