Phenobarbital question

Hello I am a 30 y/o male trying to get off of a prescribed klonopin dose of 1 mg daily. prior to my er visit yesterday I had run out early and had been off for about 3 days and experienced some very uncomfortable symptoms. I went to the ER as advised and my doctor spoke with a toxicology professional and recommended the following 780 mg phenobarbital drip over 30 minutes - this was 30 hours ago 50 mg daily of Librium for 3 days and then 25 mg for 3 days after. I took my 50 mg of Librium today and feel a little out of it and I'm psyching myself out thinking that the phenobarbital is too much still in my system and I'm scared can anyone give me any advice please
