Need urgent advice (Bilirubin high) 21 Male

Post Content

I had a blood test last month, this included a FBC, B12, folates, vitamin D and thyroid. My vitamin d was significantly deficient which I’ve been put on 50,000 a week capsules for it and my bilirubin was 29umol compared to the “normal 3-25 range. A month later (4 days ago) I noticed slight yellowing under my eyes are at the back when I pulled my eyelids. My results came back today for my liver and everything was fine other than my bilirubin, it’s now 43umol. This has scared me massively as I feel extremely fatigued, lack of appetite, poor sleep and I’m fearing for the worse. Should I go A&E for additional testing? All the other bloods I’ve had have been normal. Not sure if it’s worth mentioning but my Albumin was 44g/L which is technically normal but high normal.
