Does anyone have experience traveling to Vilnius, Lithuania? How was it?

I would like to travel to Vilnius, Lithuania for a work conference. I'm MtF (definitely don't pass perfectly but at the same time people mostly don't notice unless they hear my voice) and I wanted to check whether that will cause any issues. I was especially concerned about whether I would have trouble with airport security on my flight back. Does anyone from Lithuania or anyone who has visited there have any experiences they can share?
