Unrealistic Anxiety
Post Content
Hello everyone, as some people might be aware, there was unfortunately a school shooting in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. I live a few hours away from Tumbler Ridge, and my anxiety is taking me over. I go to secondary school but my mind can’t stop the anxiety over going to school and feeling unsafe. I know it’s extremely unlikely that an event would happen again so soon, especially since this was the first school shooting in 10 or so years. Has anyone dealt with anything similar? And of course I want to say rest in peace to the people who lost their lives and to the people affected by this tradegy. If there is any specific ways to cope with this? Or if anyone even just has ever felt like this? Thank you yall
