Fatigue other symptoms

I have hashimotos and the fatigue is awful and my doctors are doing nothing about it it’s more than the fatigue it’s the sweating and at night, the cramps , hair thinning , headaches , brittle nails but the fatigue and lack of energy is really pissing me off
