help please

i got diagnosed about 2 days ok and at first it was 1 small white spot than grew into clusters and it’s so swollen something smells off too. unfortunately the breakout is on my inner vulva next to clit. It’s burning so bad does anyone know what i can do. i take valtrex twice a day since yesterday. any advice please i don’t know anything about this diagnosis
